Refund policy
1. Standard Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in new and original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and parts.
- Used products are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
1A. Condition & Wear
Returns are only accepted for items that are unused and in new condition.
Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
1B. Customized, Special-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.
1C. Category-Specific Return Restrictions
Certain product categories, including kitchen electrics, knives, cutlery, and safety-related items, may require additional review prior to return approval.
Additional information or instructions may be requested to ensure safety and compliance.
1D. Return Eligibility by Location
Returns are only accepted for items originally shipped within the United States, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
2. Holiday Extended Returns
During designated holiday periods, extended return windows may apply.
Any holiday return extensions will be clearly communicated on our website and will follow the same conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2β3 business days.
- Please allow an additional 3β5 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit.
- If a returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in this policy, the refund may be denied and the item returned to the customer
- Package all items securely and safely into the original shipping box. Print and tape the prepaid label provided to the outside of the shipping box. Be sure to include all original parts and packaging.
- Drop off at your local UPS, FedEx or USPS Store, depending on the courier we choose.
3A. Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change, and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any condition, except when:
- The incorrect item was shipped, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
In these cases, shipping charges will be refunded.
5. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item:
- Contact us at info@lacuisineessentials.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, item details, and photos if applicable
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label
- Items must be returned unused and with all original packaging
6. Returns Due to Preference or Incorrect Purchase
If you purchased the wrong item or no longer want it:
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Return instructions and shipping address will be provided once approved
7. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately to info@lacuisineessentials.com
- Orders cannot be guaranteed for cancellation once placed
- Orders already processed, packed, or shipped cannot be canceled
8. Procedural Clarification
Detailed return instructions, prepaid labels, and confirmations are provided by our customer support team once a return request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

We may update these Terms & Policies from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
