Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Address Changes

  • Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery
  • Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is processed
  • If an address change is required, the order must be canceled (if received timely) and reordered

2. Standard Shipping

  • Free ground shipping on orders $200.00 and above within the contiguous United States
  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST ship the next business day

2A. Multiple Shipments

Items ordered together may ship separately and may arrive in multiple packages depending on product availability, fulfillment location, or shipping method. Delivery times may vary accordingly.

3. Delivery Times

  • Ground Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

3A. Holiday Shipping Timelines

During peak seasons and holiday periods, shipping timelines may be affected due to increased carrier volume.
Holiday shipping cutoffs and delivery expectations will be communicated on our website when applicable.

4. Appliance Shipping

  • Appliances ship within 4 business days
  • No free or expedited shipping applies
  • White-glove delivery may be available upon request
  • Special-order appliances may require additional time.

4A. Delivery Limitations

Certain items may not be available for delivery to all locations due to size, weight, carrier restrictions, or destination limitations.
Availability by location will be displayed when possible or confirmed by our customer support team.

4B. Shipping & Delivery Fees

Shipping and delivery fees include processing, handling, packing, and transportation services.

Delivery fees do not include gift wrapping or additional services.
