The Fresh & Save vacuum containers work with a vacuum pump to keep food fresh up to 5 times longer. They come in borosilicate glass or BPA-free plastic and are nestable, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe. The glass containers can also be used in the oven and as serving dishes. They come in various sizes for storing different amounts of food. With this system, you can store fresh food for longer and prepare meals in advance. To use it, attach the vacuum pump to the container or bag valve and press a button to remove air. The pump stops automatically when enough vacuum is achieved, sealing in flavor and nutrients.
